Individual fees at Fraley & Associates will be assessed according to need and vary depending on services rendered. Typically a clinical session includes 45 minutes of face-to-face therapy and 15 minutes of chart review. Please contact Dr. Fraley’s office to discuss your particular set of circumstances. Payment options are available upon request. All cancellations must occur 24 hours before your appointment or you will be charged in full.
In an effort to help you to become a more informed consumer and to be in full compliance with state laws of Washington & Idaho, the following information is represented as general information in regard to Dr. Fraley’s background, experience, theoretical orientation, approach to services and fee structure.
Please know that your decision to enter into counseling is voluntary and you have the right to terminate services at any time. Should this be the case, we will provide a referral to another therapist. You may ask questions about any procedure and refuse any techniques. Written notes may or may not be kept on your session(s) here, as will be agreed between you and Dr. Fraley.
Any disclosures made to Dr. Fraley during counselling sessions at Fraley & Associates are privileged communication, and, within limits, strictly confidential. Dr. Fraley may release information specifically for billing purposes to your insurance carrier or may release information with your specific written consent. She will however advise you as to any risks she feel may be associated with such release of information.
Dr. Fraley is required by law to reveal any information that proves a child is being abused, you are a danger to yourself or others, or that you are unable to meet your basic needs. For example, if you threaten bodily harm or death to another person, Dr. Fraley will inform the intended victim as well as respective law enforcement authorities.
